Flexible Redundancy Configuration: Supports standalone, dual-unit and Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) configurations. Up to three components can be installed adjacently to build a high-reliability redundant control system.
Rugged Protective Design: The internal circuit board is coated with conformal coating for environmental protection; the metal housing meets IP30 protection grade, ensuring excellent durability in harsh industrial environments.
Natural Convection Cooling: Fan-free cooling design realizes automatic air circulation and heat dissipation through three grille openings on the side panel, reducing failure points and maintenance costs.
Fault Tolerance Capability: Adopts Software Implemented Fault Tolerance (SIFT) technology to vote and process input signals via software algorithms, effectively improving overall system operational reliability.
Dedicated Alarm Output: Built-in relay alarm output function, which can monitor port faults, power supply faults and ring network faults, with a contact capacity of DC 48V/1A.

The device adopts an independent box-type component design. The front panel is integrated with six female jack connectors, USB ports and multiple LED status indicators. Two mounting screws are arranged on the rear edge for fixed installation. Three grille openings on the side panels facilitate natural air circulation and efficient heat dissipation.

The core control unit adopts AMD G-Series AMD GX-216HC dual-core microprocessor. The storage system consists of a 128GB solid-state drive, flash memory and RAM. It supports external storage expansion via SD card or USB storage devices. The power module adapts to 24VDC standard input with a wide voltage range of 18-36VDC. It is equipped with a non-replaceable 4A 125VDC rated fuse with a breaking capacity of 26A²s.
