This is a 2-channel temperature converter, mainly used to convert temperature signals in hazardous areas into isolated, linearized analog outputs in safe areas.

• Housing & Dimensions: The housing is green, featuring a compact 18mm width design with dimensions of 18 x 114 x 130 mm (W x H x D). It can be mounted on a 35mm DIN rail or a HiD terminal board.
• Electrical Characteristics
  • Power Supply: 24V DC bus-powered, with a rated voltage range of 20.4-30V DC and ripple within the power supply tolerance. The current is ≤ 95mA at 20.4V and ≤ 63mA at 30V, with a power consumption of ≤ 1.95W.
  • Input: Supports thermocouple, RTD, or potentiometer inputs. The potentiometer range is 0.1-20kΩ, and the voltage input can be selected within the range of -100-100mV, with a minimum input resistance of 1MΩ.
  • Output: Linearized output, selectable via DIP switches on the side panel as 4mA-20mA (sink/source) or 1V-5V voltage output. It can also function as a signal splitter, enabling 1 input and 2 outputs.
• Functional Characteristics
  • Signal Conversion & Isolation: Converts thermocouple, millivolt, potentiometer, or RTD signals into isolated analog outputs, ensuring intrinsic safety.
  • Fault Detection: Equipped with sensor breakage detection and Line Fault Detection (LFD) functions. Line faults in the field circuit are indicated by a red LED on the fault bus and via the output, with fault conditions monitored through a fault indicator board.
  • Configuration: Easily configurable using the PACTware configuration software.
• Safety & Certifications: Complies with the IEC/EN 60947-5-2 standard, achieving a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 2. It holds global certifications such as ATEX (Europe), CCCEx (China), and IECEx (International).
• Environmental Adaptability: The operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C, with a relative humidity of 5-90% (non-condensing, up to 35°C).
