Type: Hard Drive/Floppy VME Module.
Features: The XVME-955 module combines a 3.5-inch 85MB, 127MB, or 240MB hard drive with a 3.5-inch high-density 1.44MB mini floppy drive. It occupies two double-height VMEbus slots, providing a convenient way to integrate hard and floppy drives into a VMEbus system. The module’s floppy and hard drive signals are transmitted via a ribbon cable on the module’s front panel, while the hard drive is powered via the VMEbus P1 backplane.
Compatible with: Can be used with Xycom’s VME PC/AT processors.
Dimensions: Double-width, B-size VME module.
