This is a high-precision, scalable displacement measurement interferometer module. With its 24-bit bit depth, sub-nanometer resolution, and modular design, it is widely used in high-end metrology and scientific research fields.

   • Independent‑enclosure design providing two measurement axes (2 AX).

   • Utilises a 24‑bit ADC, delivering sub‑nanometer resolution (≈ 1.24 nm).

   • Paired with ZMI‑series continuous‑wave He‑Ne laser heads (λ = 632.8 nm), power range 0‑0.002 W, offering high stability and optical isolation, suitable for multi‑axis measurements.
