Alstom EPSD‑0603 (DFI‑150‑0003) – Digital Flame‑Detection Circuit Board

 

• Core function – It continuously analyses flame‑signal waveforms in real time, enabling accurate recognition of flame presence, combustion stability and rapid fault indication with a very low false‑alarm rate.
• Supported flame‑signal types – Infrared, ultraviolet, ion‑current and visible‑light signals can be fed to the board, allowing flexible adaptation to different combustion processes.
• Power supply – Standard operating voltage is 24 V DC (wide input range 18‑36 V); some variants are rated for 220 V AC with 15 A current capability.
• I/O configuration – 8 digital input channels (TTL/CMOS) with a sampling capability up to 100 kHz; optional RS‑485 Modbus‑RTU communication, 3 switch outputs and 4 analog outputs are also available.
• Environmental robustness –
  • Operating temperature: –40 °C ~ +85 °C (IEC 61000‑6‑2 compliant)
  • Isolation voltage: 2500 Vrms, with over‑voltage protection (±30 V) and over‑current protection.
  • Static leakage ≤5 mA, dynamic leakage ≤25 mA.
  • Electromagnetic compatibility: Class IV certification.
• Ingress protection – Standard IP20 rating; certain versions are offered with IP66 for harsher environments.
• Mechanical data – Compact size of 150 mm × 150 mm × 50 mm and a weight of approximately 0.5 kg.
