ALSTOMA AL129A Power Module

It is a power module produced by Alstom or General Electric (GE), mainly used in industrial automation control systems and power distribution systems.

• Functional Features:
  • Power Conversion: It is a chopper converter power supply that can convert an input voltage of 96V AC to 253V AC into isolated 5V DC and 12V DC output voltages. It can provide stable operating voltages for devices such as sensors and small drive motors on automated production lines.
  • Current Output: The 5V output terminal can deliver a current of up to 10A, and the 12V output terminal can provide a maximum current of 4A. It can meet various load requirements and supply power to multiple low-voltage devices simultaneously.
  • Protection Functions: Equipped with short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection and over-temperature protection functions, it ensures the safe operation of itself and connected devices.

  • Strong Compatibility: Compatible with interface components such as the S7-1500 series control CPU. The I/O interface adopts a high-speed backplane bus, and its network structure and software are fully compatible with the S7-1500.
  • Modular Design: Adopts a plug-in installation method for easy installation and maintenance. When the P/G panel cabinet arrives at the client, the I/O and isolator/safety barrier modules below the interface are not equipped with meters, only terminals. Meters can be plugged in one by one according to the I/O configuration.
  • Superior Performance: Equipped with 4-port 100M RJ45 interfaces, supporting 10M/100M auto-negotiation, and has excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capability. It supports DC-distributed clock synchronization and hot-swapping of network cables, allowing flexible composition of various topological structures.
